I have like JR8 from day 1. The people that have been bagging this young key position player should hang their head in shame. Although I must admit even though I have always liked him I didn't expect him to be this good yet.

I have always liked him as a player, always held high hopes for him and had never really bagged him specifically (though when our entire team was incapable of hitting a target the size of gap between the MCG goal posts, I suppose my team-wide complaints included him). Even earlier this season when it looked like he couldn't hold up the entire forward line, I agreed with the club's own assessment that he was probably a 2nd or 3rd tall rather than a #1 tall forward.

But we were wrong, now weren't we?
