I'll say it again: the incident that led to the stretcher being called was a clear free kick to Sinclair. If people want to relive that passage of play over and over, go ahead.

Leppa going off like a loose cannon in his press conference, with the facts completely wrong and presumably no effort to find out what happened. What a surprise that a bloke that grabbed one of his junior players by the collar would go off half-cocked. The guy's a deadset idiot, isn't he?

I agree with the free kick Sinclair.

But leppa going off like a loose canon is a stretch. I thought he was composed for a man whose job is on the line and needs some things going his way. I havent been a fan of some of his presser as in the steven may one. But he said nothing wrong and admitted he may need a lesson.

He kept saying "he went down with cramp after tripping over his own feet", which isn't what happened. The injury came after he was shepherded in the next bit of play.

Why, as a senior coach, you'd be so aggressive and run the "I'm filthy and I'm demanding answers" line when you weren't across the basic facts, I don't understand.

Every other coach would say "we'll wait to find out what happened - if the stretcher was used as a delaying tactic, you'd be disappointed, but we'll need to review the footage". It's coaching presser straight bat 101.

(Edit: Also, doesn't play regularly get stopped for stretchers/similar serious injuries? I feel like I've seen that happen a fair bit, and I'm not a full time footy coach and former professional player. How is Leppitsch not across that?)

Just out of curiosity, can someone give me a timeline of events for the stretcher calling? Who made the tactical decision to call for it, how was it relayed to the trainers on the field, etc.

People aren't looking at the bigger picture here........its for the development of the game.

Ahh please!

.......and two games clear of the Dogs!

Think your maths needs work maybe get through primary school before trying to work out how many wins are between 16 premiership points and 20 premiership points.

But great childish response to something that has nothing to do with the topic at hand

Leppitsch is happy with the score review system at the Gabba today and the frees paid to christensen when not touched

Lions need to remember without that they would be 5 goals down when the stretcher came

So build a bridge and get over it

Why respond to childish responses?
