Dim Sims. Steamed or Fried?

If steamed, how much soy sauce do you use?

Fried ones are the old, unsold steamed ones, you fried it so you can cover the mouldy bits.

I have more steamed dim sims because they are healthier, but nothing better than a fried dim sim. Soy Sauce is good, but as someone suggested, tomato sauce works well too
