Do you smoke?

Just wondering what the ratio of smokers to non-smokers on BF. If someone happens to have been a smoker but has a remedy to quit, post it here, it's actually not for me but an ill family member cant seem to kick it. So give me some tips if you can. Cheers.

Never done any drugs, i used to drink a lot (did my fair share of drinking when i was underage) but have rarely drunk over the past 6 years, or ever since i was actually legally allowed to.

It's funny as i've recently noted to several people that i lead a pretty clean & healthy life.... yet i'll probably suffer some health problems later on, whereas other people that i know who smoke & drink heavily will be fine.

Ive tried everything apart from the Hypnotherapist which is next on my list... Just a little concerned they might brainwash me into following a rabble of a club, like yours

I was recentley reading a book set in Melbourne during the depression, and it was common for folks to be out the back of restaurants literally waiting for the scraps left over from diners plates.

I imagine to some people, a half rotted rat corpse would've been the only available meal at times

1-nearly 20 years.
2-2 years ago.
3-The vitamin C and Grapefruit method,but u need will power to help.
4-i suppose it depend on what team the Hypnotherapist supports,doesnt it.
With your luck,you"ll probably go to the therapist John Elliott had no luck with.

Nah, and its true alot of birds are like that. But I drink straight bourbon as well (on the rocks anyway) so I guess it just goes well together, like salt and pepper...

Don't smoke, can't see any advantage to it really, apart from the increased possiblity of not being old. Much prefer to spend the money on Beer. Being around smokers doesn't really annoy me too much, Cigars on the other hand...

Because 3/4 of my mates smoke and whenever I'm drunk I just get cravings for a ciggie. Probably because they're all around me blowing smoke in my face. Don't know why though.. I know a lot of people that only smoke whilst under the influence.

A lot of people are like that. I guess it's harder to say no to things when you are under the influence. I don't have that problem though, because I've always been against them.

I never took up smoking til i was 20, used to hate them..

Then i started going out with this chick who smoked and she kinda got me into it, now i smoke a packet ot Port Royal a week.

Dont really want to quit either but know i should but wat the hell, i like smoking!!
