I never took up smoking til i was 20, used to hate them..

Then i started going out with this chick who smoked and she kinda got me into it, now i smoke a packet ot Port Royal a week.

Dont really want to quit either but know i should but wat the hell, i like smoking!!

Cigars are different from Cigarettes.
i'd prefer a cigar if i still smoked

Maybe it is a little harsh, but people who say they just can't quit are extremely weak willed.

You don't even have to go cold turkey but if you do there is no crazy side effects and withdrawal symptoms like if you go cold turkey off heroin or something, you just need to say enough is enough and quit.

How do you measure individual responses? You cant.

For your information, nicotine is rated right alongside(and sometimes above) heroin as the most difficult substances to quit once addicted.

studies have shown that infact nicotine can be a more addictive drug than the opiate derivatives like heroin......some could say from this that infact quiting smoking is harder than coming off smack....i have quit smoking after 12 solid years and can attest to the struggle it is, never having been a smack head i cant really say what getting off the junk is like, although i feel comfortable in saying neither is pleasant at all!!!

Ive tried everything apart from the Hypnotherapist which is next on my list...

I got hypnotized 3 times to stop smoking herb, but it did jack-sh1t for me. Other people I know swear by it though so is worth a shot I guess.

Been smoking cigs for about 10yrs...about a year ago I read that Allen Carr book and stopped for about 4 months, but then started sneaking a few lazy ones when on the p1ss and am back where I started. Gonna give it another crack soon.
