I've noticed a few people preaching about how they hope the World Cup final is close, because we haven't had enough close games etc etc. I'm not sure i see it that way though. When it comes to my support for Sydney, i'd rather they win by 100 points every week instead of battling for a win by less than a goal, maybe that's selfish but i think it's just passion. If we want our teams to be the best, then what's wrong with wanting them to win big?
Back on topic, are you hoping that Australia smashes Sri Lanka, gets over the line by about 20 runs/1-2 wickets, or just has a reasonably comfortable victory? If you're hoping for a Sri Lanka win, the same applies.
