Great win by the Windies. I reckon the Aussies made a big mistake declaring in the first innings when they were still trailing by 20+ runs .Probably cost them in the end given they lost by about ten runs.

Declaring while still trailing showed a distinct lack of respect to the opposition.

Also reckon they should have picked a specialist opener, smiths good innings notwithstanding. Moving smith up and bringing green in just weakened an already vulnerable middle order. On top of that with marsh in the side we already have an all rounder so I don’t see what green brings to the table.

Not sure when the next series is but the batting order selection next time will be interesting. There’s some batters who have had a very poor summer and have been getting away with it because the teams been winning.

Time to seriously consider the futures of khawaja and labuschagne, to decide which of marsh and green they want because you don’t need five fast bowlers, and to reward an opener with an opening position.

I wouldn't change the side, I'd perhaps bring Head to three then Labuschagne, Green and Marsh. Green and Marsh can bowl a bit, and are tremendous fielders. Green in the gully is worth his weight in gold.

Nathan Freeman is on this season of Australian Survivor. If you ever want to see the reason he was delisted you need to watch. He is casting gold!

Have only watched episode one so far so no spoilers but my god he’s a nuffie.

Dumb as a box of hammers, lazy as fkkkk, and a massive ego that doesn’t come close to matching his modest achievements in life. Bullet dodged Collingwood!

I had heard that he was not bereft of talent, rather possessed an arrogant attitude and a lack of respeect for those guiding him and he was either unwilling, or unable, to follow instructions which is why he never overcome injury and couldn't last in a professional environment.

That all showed up quite clearly in episode one! Looking fwd to the rest of the series , hope he lasts a while so I have something to laugh at.
