Did anyone hear the Emma Quayle interview in the afternoon on AA?
She said Milera is unlikely to make it to 9.

Slightly disappointed can imagine Milera, Betts, Cameron going nuts inside 50 next season.

Did she say who she thought may be there at 9? Did she think there was any chance of Francis sliding that far?

she thinks burton will be one we look at. Francis wont slip, have to remember pick 9 is essentially pick 13 and 13 is like 17 when you take into account the academy players.

Hopefully someone at the crows has asked him to interview very badly. Losts of indecisive answers, umms and arrs and then a few tears when talking about leaving Adelaide.

IMO we need another pure KPF thats an elite talent. Burton is a non negotiable if he lasts to 13

From all account, most of the top 10 to 12 could.

Yeah played all his junior footy as a forward but he has tricks that few others do.

IMO no. He's a forward purely and simply IMO. Could be an attacking wingman too. Only query, and its a huge one, is injury

My ideal outcome would be
pick 9 - Francis
Pick 13 - Burton

If Francis is not available then McKay.

Very keen to take a punt on an injured elite talent in Burton like J Selwood (knee), Stringer (leg) and our very own Lever.
We have to take the risk to get into premiership contention.

Liked the look of Bonner earlier in the year, not as keen now, I think there will be better players at both our picks.

I'd be pretty happy with 2 of Francis (highly unlikely), Milera (maybe unlikely), Mckay, Burton, Oliver, maybe Tucker

I say draft best available, if thats Burton then so be it. We have a great chance this year to load up on talent.
