They're calling next year a midfielders draft so it would be important to grab at least one tall, if available.

It's definitely a midfield one. Some great outside pace and contested ball winners who are already stronger than wines at the same age.

Most 18 year olds are not accountable because they usually have ball before everyone else.

God, I wish we had three top picks. One for Francis, one for McKay, one for Hibberd. Would be the perfect draft.

We can all propose players but none of us have any idea

Tucker as good a chance as anyone other than Francis who is the obvious if still available

Of course we have a better idea of who we won't take based on drafting history

Melbourne made a big trade move moving from 6 to 3. Essentially swapping with the suns. They know the player they want and knew essendon wanted him aswell. Its either parish, francis or weideman imo. Ive heard reports they want a future kpf to line up alongside hogan. Ive also heard they want parish because hes the best mid available this year. Francis has been toured top 5 all year and is a gun. Hard to tell what way theyll go.

Do you think Pdub will be there at our first pick though? I think the bombers or blues will pounce. Kid looks a jet.

Absolute Jet! His mum sent a letter to recruiter@afc.com.au and told him not to gamble, that just because he has been overlooked in the last 15 drafts, not to expect him to be there at 13, to pounce at 9. She has told essendon she will be a regular caller to Eddie Mcguire's show if they take him, so he should get past their picks.
