Also do you not realise that Mckay would not play many games for us next season? He would be a selection for the future, when Jenkins is in his twighlight. Oleg Markov – South Australia (Forward/Key Forward 190cm/85kgs)
Oleg Markov was born in Belarus and is the son of a world champion pole vaulter. He is a beautiful athlete and missed out on being drafted last year but I think that this year he will be picked up by a club. Came seventh in the agility run which is extraordinary for someone that is 190cm.

Also kicked a perfect 30 in the goal kicking test – only one of four to do so and also ran a massive 14.8 in the beep test. An athletic beast.

With that type of write up you'd think his skillset would suit more of a wing role than KPF at AFL level, unless he grows another inch or two.

Joe Daniher is 100 times the talent that McKay is. Daniher has been in the system for a few years now and hasnt set the world on fire. McKay is so far behind him its not funny.

So what if the club doesn't want him? We don't know anything for sure, and that doesn't mean we shouldn't be discussing him like cleric suggested. Also we've been linked to Mckay more than once, so he appears a clear chance to be taken at our pick..

Really looking forward to see how this plays out - it hardly ever goes according to prediction of the "experts". I have no clue, but Milera isn't one highlight reel that has me salivating :-( Might go and have another look at some of the draft vids and see if someone pops up for me to take a lucky dip at!

I find the rookie selections as interesting as the main draft - we get some real guns into our club through the rookie system

We got 70 very good games from wright. Agree that his last 20 or so dropped away and that we had to delist him but he achieved more than many that have more natural ability. Kinda sick of the rubbishing from keyboard warriors.
