Simple fix, but the stupid people of Victoria have elected a left wing government who will never do this.
If you commit any violent crime, no matter your age, you will be remanded without bail until your trial. Every crimminal sentance is a life sentance. The time the judge sentances you to is the non parole period. So you can punch someone in the face and spend your entrie life in prison if you never reform. If someone is in your house without invitation you are allowed to use deadly force regardless of their intention or weather or not they are armed. If the family of any dead home invader make any public statement they will be thrown in jail for hindering the legal system. When people realise that if they break into someone's house they can be killed without the other person reciving any penalty, crime in all forms will stop instantly.

Simple answer: Not break and enter.Let's walk through this hypothesis.
I want to break & enter.
The home owner is allowed to kill me.
Hmmm what should I do...
Not break & enter OR
Make sure there are no witnesses.

These people are cowards who only attack when there is nothing to lose. It's why they attack in groups. How often do you hear about one Sudanese male committing an assault? Never. It's always 3+ Sudanese males doing this and they always attack weak targets. They're cowards.
They're doing what they're doing because they know that the Daniel Andrews Labor Government will protect them. Look at what has happened since the Daniel Andrews Labor Government made it almost impossible to remand youths. The gangs have recruited youths to do their dirty work knowing full well that they are guaranteed to get bail when the adult offenders wouldn't. This allows them to commit more offences because there are more of them on bail. The result is that youths who may have otherwise followed a life of non-crime have been sucked into this life of crime thanks to the soft enforcement of the SJWs and their Labor Government. The Police and the Liberals warned them that this would be the result but Daniel Andrews had to pay back those who brought him into power and this was the result.
This trouble in Victoria started with the appointment of Robert Hulls as Attorney General, who forced his extreme SJW views onto the state by getting rid of most of the reasonable judges and magistrates andreplacing them with his SJW extremist mates. Then he went on to appointing Christine Nixon who was a Bracks/Hulls puppet. Her focus was on soft policing instead of enforcing the laws and she screwed up VicPol for the next decade and it still hasn't recovered.
To accuse you of exaggeration would be a compliment I would have thought. A purveyor of misogyny and racism, disguised as a concern about lawlessness, would be a more accurate description. Your diatribe about the connection between the use of illegal drugs and violence contains one of the better sentences I've read in favour of decriminalisation of those drugs which are arbitrarily deemed illicit.I wrote a report in the late 90's (it was my job back then) pointing out the growing dangers coming from the Sudanese and Somalian communities. At the time there was a clear growing trend in their criminal activities not only in relation to numbers but also severity of their crimes. Drugs were the main issue and history will show that violence follows in the footpath of drugs. The Sudanese community in particular had no respect for our laws and even back then they were getting a slaps on the wrist from the Rob Hulls appointed leftist Magistrates and Judges.
My report was passed off as being an exaggeration and was eternally filed away and ignored. Mrs. Doubtfire was the Chief Commisioner at the time
Building more gaols is the only answer. This is a grand idea on how to provide a finishing school for young offenders. We need crims who are better educated in their chosen trade, and more adept at it. A recipe for recidivism. Then, we'll build more gaols - the only answer.Simple answer: Not break and enter.

If you're going to label someone a misogynist and a racist you'd better back it up coward.Hoist by your own petard.

These people
Sometimes there is revealed misogyny and racism in the same post. Other times, one of them appears alone in one of your posts. What a busy little scallywag you are.The Sudanese community in particular had no respect for our laws and even back then they were getting a slaps on the wrist from the Rob Hulls appointed leftist Magistrates and Judges.
Mrs. Doubtfire was the Chief Commisioner at the time (the worst CC in our history I might add). She was put in that position because she was a Steve Bracks stooge.
Stop being a Smart Arse Dick Skilts.Sometimes there is revealed misogyny and racism in the same post. Other times, one of them appears alone in one of your posts. What a busy little scallywag you are.
You realise there are two seperate issues that you're conflating to try to discredit yesIf the statistics show that black (not Sudanese, black) people commit a disproportionate number of crimes, the typical leftist/black rights racists' response is to blame police for unfairly targeting black people. Don't you think it just may be possible that a much higher proportion of black people are criminals than white people?
The other is a group having a higher proportion of disproportionate police violence against them
Happy to be labelled a misogynist if you like but Nixon was worse than s**t as Chief Commissioner. I have 3 close mates that were either in or have left the force. 3 have left, 1 is still in it just to claim long service and a great pension after he claims ptsd in a few years.Sometimes there is revealed misogyny and racism in the same post. There's a difference between caution and extreme force. You can't murder someone on the basis that you think they're more likely to attack than another person, you need grounds. Police are trainer in how to deal with violence offenders, there isn't much excuse for getting it wrongSay that the statistics showed that 50% of all black people have committed a violent crime, while 5% of white people have committed a violent crime.
If a police officer sees a black person acting suspiciously/ just anywhere, its 10 times more likely that they the person they are looking at has committed a violent crime than if the person was white. If its 10 times more likely they are going to be attacked, you're saying that they can't approach them with more caution?
And just to turn it around, if you saw a white person who fit the description of a murderer who had just escaped from prison, you'd approach them with much more caution than you would any other white person wouldn't you? Because its no different to the above example.
You seem to be lacking even a skerrick of evidence to back these outlandish racist and misogynist claims. Are you just allowing your gums to flap?Stop being a Smart Arse Dick Skilts.
So because I said that, you have labelled me a misogynist racist. When in fact it is you who have the issue. You're a bigot who has no tolerance for the opinions of others. I may not agree with everyone but at least I believe in their right to express it.
"The Sudanese community in particular had no respect for our laws" - They don't. It's a fact. How does stating the facts make me racist?
"Mrs. Doubtfire was the Chief Commisioner at the time (the worst CC in our history I might add). She was put in that position because she was a Steve Bracks stooge." - And that make me a misogynist how? I've said much worse about men.
How many more fires are you saying could have been put out had she acted differently? What a bunch of main chancing, deceitful bludgers you have for mates.Happy to be labelled a misogynist if you like but Nixon was worse than s**t as Chief Commissioner. I have 3 close mates that were either in or have left the force. 3 have left, 1 is still in it just to claim long service and a great pension after he claims ptsd in a few years.
The facts are, she was rubbish and wanted to appeal to the socialist left with her parade marching and policing with cuddles etc etc. How Victorians, Firies and Police could ever forgive her for her lax leadership during Black Saturday is doubtful. Combined with Hulls, they were responsible for the tipping point we now face in law and order in the state.
