Correct Order
1) PP-Melbourne- Tom Scully (Vic Metro/Dandenong Stingrays)
At this stage, it would be a major surprise if Scully's was not the first name called out in this year's draft.
2) Melbourne- John Butcher (Vic Country/Gippsland Power)
Still looms as the most likely tall to be taken first in this year's draft. Booted five goals in his last outing for Gippsland Power and although he is now unlikely to be the first player selected in the NAB AFL Draft, he is still expected to go top five but I expect him at 2.
3) Fremantle- Anthony Morabito (Western Australia/Peel Thunder)
The stocks of the run-and-carry dasher remain high and he now looms as a top three selection. Expect Freo to jump on him.
4) Richmond- Matthew Panos (South Australia/Norwood)
On the back of his excellent under-18 champs, when he kicked 14 goals (including five in one outing), the All-Australian full-forward is still right in the mix, especially with few tall forwards available and expect Richmond to stock there forward line with a Goal kicker.
5) Noth Melb- Jack Trengove (South Australia/Sturt)
The midfielder/forward remains one of the most sought after players in the country. Touted as a potential No.1, but now appears more likely to be a top-5 pick. Has played four senior matches for Sturt since returning from the under-18 champs and look for North to add him to there engine room.
6) West Coast- Kane Lucas (Western Australia/East Fremantle)
Although there have been some mixed views on where exactly he sits in the draft pool, it would surprise at this point if he was not taken in the top 10. He has been in good form since winning All-Australian selection at the under-18 champs and has been on the 2 WA side radar for a while now.
7) Sydney- Luke Tapscott (South Australia/North Adelaide)
The powerful midfielder/forward has such a mature body for his age that one recruiter believes he would be ready to go for round one next year. One of the best kicks in the mix and with the loss of Hall and Micky O expect Sydney to snap up this Ryan Okeefe Clone.
8) Hawthorn- Daniel Talia (Vic Metro/Calder Cannons)
Named at centre half-back in this year's All-Australian team, Talia has come right into the equation due to his ability to fill a key position at either end of the ground. Hawks need another Tall defender and he fits the bill perfectly.
9) Essendon- Andrew Moore (Vic Metro/Eastern Ranges)
Like Gysberts, the forward remains right in contention despite playing much of his football with Yarra Valley Grammar. Moore has been likened to Sydney Swans premiership player Ryan O'Keefe and is the younger brother of Tiger defender Kel and with Lloyd and Lucas heading out the door and Gumbleton likely to be moved on the Dons will need another Goal kicking option, they know they wont get one by their 2nd pick.
10) Port Adelaide- Koby Stevens (Vic Country/Gippsland Power)
The midfielder/flanker has been regarded as a "footballer's footballer" and looms as a 9-13 pick at this stage.

This is were I believe some of the selection might vary due to trades.

11) Adelaide- Jordan Gysberts (Vic Metro/Eastern Ranges)
Still in the first round mix and at this stage looms as a 12 to 16 selection, despite missing out on All-Australian U18 honours. His versatility has seen him compared to Melbourne young gun Jack Grimes.
12) Carlton- Gary Rohan (Vic Country/Geelong Falcons)
Plenty are excited by Rohan and it's easy to see why. He has transformed from a full-back with country club Cobden this time last year to a high-leaping half-forward who is now viewed as a top-10 selection
13) Brisbane- Ben Cunnington (Vic Country/Geelong Falcons)
Well and truly a top 10 selection now, he is viewed by some recruiters as being a top-eight pick but I believe he will slide to 13. Best on ground for the Falcons against North Ballarat Rebels. A versatile type, he is fearless in his attack on the footy.
14) Bulldogs- Nathan Vardy (Vic Country/Gippsland Power)
Height and the ability to play forward makes the 198cm tall a likely first-round pick. Among Gippsland's best players in its most recent match against Oakleigh Chargers and with the Lack of height in their Forward line Vardy should be on the dogs Radar.
15) Collingwood- James Craig (SA)
Had 112 hitouts but also showed good precision with his disposals for a big man with an efficiency rating of 83.7 per cent
16) Geelong-Andrew Hooper (Vic Country)
Joint winner of the Larke Medal for best and fairest player at the NAB AFL Under-18 Championships, Hooper is a small defender who can also play through the midfield. He averaged 20 possessions a game at the championships and provided plenty of run from defence
17) Stkilda- Dustin Martin (Vic Country/Bendigo Pioneers)
The ball-winner that kicks goals. He continues to impress and should be an certainty in the 1st round.

NM play WCE @ Subi - Bogey side - 5 goal loss
Saints @ Dome - Nuff Said - Thumped
Port @ AAMI - Bogey Side - Thumped

Ricmond should be at least competitive in all those games, so should finish in front of North on %.

Freo will win this W/E, if not will, beat Essendon

Crap selection for Essendon, we have said all year we'd be taking a midfielder..why the heck do we need another KP forward- we have Neagle, Gumbleton and Michael Still (underaged KP forward picked last year). Give us a midfielder.

Hooper will struggle to go first round.

ooze, Theres nothing wrong with him having a go mate. Leave your opinions to your self aye, Mate you have a go and see if you get a better one then his aye?

What what is wrong with it? Seems pretty reasonable

Rohan at 2 is ridiculous to the extreme..Butcher going 8..you are dead set kidding yourself. Flip those two and you may get a more positive imput. It is not a bad attempt though, as this years talent pool is ridiculously thin.
