Great to have the great Kwame #29 running around in local footy once again. Easily in the top 3 local footballers l've seen to grace the field. Hopefully a few more memories to add to his collection. A genuine match winner especially on the biggest stage!

Like I said about this time last year....put the Cup in a cab/Uber and send it upto Keilor, seasons done and dusted...congrats EDFL, you had an opportunity but weak and gutless leadership by all up there again delivers them another premiership. Great game today at the Lions Den. The Parkers flew out of the blocks with a 6 goal to zero scoreline at 1/4 time. The stars to their credit fought tooth and nail to claw their way back and headed the Parker's on several occasions throughout the last term. A 9 goal to 6 final term saw the Parker's scoot away by 27 points in the end. Great contest with the great man slotting 8 majors after 3 years out of the game in the edfl premier competition, cementing his influence on a footy game. Was the difference in the end with his sheer class sending the deer Park faithful into raptures reminding them of his feats in years gone by. A great effort by the lads considering they had only 1 on the bench in the second half. 2-2 and a big test next week against the mores on their turf.

Couldn't agree more, they got the type of verdict you'd expect for going 3k over, they haven't even updated the website properly in past premierships

All your good leaders leave the club and it turns to shit within weeks… very sad.

He must’ve only watched 7 years at Deer Park. He was a good player in a dominant team. Couldn’t get a kick at VFL level though.

I am trying to stay off BF but need to respond to this as obviously you don’t know your footy well.
He was pretty good at VFL level and had a few AFL clubs looking at him at one stage. He couldn’t commit to VFL commitments so didn’t stay long in VFL and choose to play local footy. There wouldn’t be many players at local level to miss 2-3 years and come back and kick 8 in top division footy. He is easily one of the best preformed local footballers in the state.
