That would have to be the last time we played at PP isn't it?

Oh..well back to work.

I'll look it up, but I don't think so.

EDIT - We had one game there after that. Against the Dogs the following year.

IIRC that was the day a young Simon Eastaugh took it to Scott Wynd and Essendon supporters were claiming him the next Simon Madden. We lost by 8 points.

1.I have played more than 50 EFC games.

2.I am a tall mobile player, comfortable playing up forward and even in the ruck if needed.

3.Most Essendon fans would discribe me as a creative footballer who could dominate games with high marking and clever handball.

4. The Rolling Stones

Yes Longy, your correct.Thought I'd test u out on that one.
Your the Cary Young of EFC trivia.U and a few others.
DaSawx,Boris,dan,Andrew5 and other smart cookies.:thumbsu:

Right thats it for this thread.I've just about run out of tricky clues for new players.I rekon i've done about 30 of them. Can't keep up with these sharp tacks of Bomber knowledge.

So unless anyone else wants to make any up, thats it...:D I QUIT!:D

just got back from TAB,avoid the stampede 2moro.

POP ROCK is my bet:thumbsu:

Hird,Bewick,LLoyd Mercuri....wasn't Cummings finished that year?

Hird was first, but I cheated on that one ;)

My guess at the next three would be Cummings, Lloyd and CCC.

Well, theres no point me stetching it further than it should go...if you both combine your answers and drop one or more of your selections, you'll come up with the right 4. Who will you drop?

I represented my former club with distinction before becoming a Bomber. Managed to play some lightning football also in successive games for the red n black, before never being seen again in the jumper. Not exactly the sharpest tool in the shed, so a career in medicine wasn't on the cards.

Who am I?

In Bewick out Lloyd.

Doc Wheildon ?

Spot on!! :thumbsu: 70 games for Fitzroy for 160 goals.

Played in the one off Lightning Premiership Competition..

Never represented the Bombers in the season proper.

My records show....

Hird 39
Cummings 38
CCC 37
mercs 37
bewick 28
alessio 22

Thats better...Bewick just out of the top 3. I think Lloyd wouldve stumped a few people as we're used to his stats just being at the top of the tree year in, year out
