At the moment, there is no suggestion that these were payments made to players in attempt to supplement their football income. IE Cheating the cap.
This is only a story because the charity went bankrupt and the administrators are trying to work out where the money went.
Had -
a) the charity not gone bankrupt
or
b) the Storm not been in the shit
The salary cap link would not have been made.
