So we should all give him a big hug and make him feel better??? **** him, he has had many chances to stop using and attempt to make a clean break of it but has he? If his best mate dying from taking the stuff surely that would have been the wake up call Cousins neede?? If that isnt enough deterant, nothing in this world is. He is a guy that will end up in an early grave unfortunatley, and as sad as that is dont ask me to feel sorry for him when he is the one fast tracking his own demise.

I would think that the drug squad would have more than that on him and were just waiting to move on him. It isnt outside the realms of possibility that the whole thing was a sting. Noone on that road saw him driving erratically yet the police pulled him over for that reason. Could it be the chicks in the car where undercover cops??? Just throwing it out there.

yet this one small bust has made the front pages of all the major newspapers for several days as well as leading the news a 6pm, all showing that drugs can take you from the highest peaks, to having nothing. if it has been some other nobody with an once of weed no one would have cared, but bust a afl player...
Sounds like a great bust to me, kids may think twice before trying drugs.

Kids might also wonder why a guy would risk all the blowback just to have some drugs whilst partying. Then, as you say, they would realise that they can get away with it because they aren't classified celebrities.
Thats more likely what kids will think.
But don't tell them that our country going to war in Afgan has increased the flow of Heroin... then our kids will be really confused.
