Neves is a definite 'must leave out' for me. Gun footballer but not a great fantasy player. Only 1 assist last season to go with 6 goals. And that's in a team that ran away with the league.

Yep. He and Sessegnon are the danger picks I think. Will get a lot of mainstream owners who just look at names and don't consider how they'll impact fantasy, but will also drop sharply in ownership over the first few weeks due to their price and (presumed on my part) lack of performance.

But hey, Neves will probably score a screamer against Everton in the first game and Sess will get a hatty and I'll feel like a chump for not getting them.

Yep, that was why I went with Cairney instead. He's no stud by any stretch but for the price, I expect he'll end up with more points than Neves.

**** off with that sentiment. He is a studly stud.:hearteyes:

Think sessegnon is way overpriced. Chance of him being a hit straight away is low-ish, and with his ownership it means a decent chance he drops in price.

But who knows, could hit the ground running. Bit too risky for me though, especially in midfield.
What do you make of the rest of it?

I'll end up changing it again no doubt.

Milovjevic from Palace is tempting but then I'll have three Palace players and that may make things unbalanced.
He takes penalties doesn’t he?

Initial go.
Gone for two rotating cheap GK option.

Is there any reason why people are loading up on Arsenal players? We have City and Chelsea first two games.

After that you have a great run and not getting someone just for the first two games.

Also City's defence isn't going to be full strength due to WC, so wouldn't surprised if it was a 2-1 or even 2-2 type of game.

As someone who mainly focussed on the Championship division last season, I'm having a look at some different resources and found this to be quite helpful.

Not sure what others think/have thought of them, but seem to be pretty popular and useful.

Good to see you! From one fantasy game to another. ;)

I don't see the point of Arno or Zaha now that they're classed as strikers.
Yeah I'm with you on that. Particularly for Zaha. Arno could be a good option when their fixtures suit but certainly not to start the season.
