100% sure it's coming out this year

do you get the ball when you get the game or did you guys get it earlier.
Nah, it's Fifa 11. It will be coming out in 2011. I'm sure.

FWIW, FIFA Manager > Football Manager.

I downloaded the demo, goalkeeping is fun. It's too easy though.

I hate the new pro-passing. It's way to hard to judge where to kick it. I'm not overly experienced in FIFA games so it makes it harder for me but I can never pass it to anyone.

How exactly did you get it for $28?

eBay were having some sort of 50% refund if you payed using paypal on your phone deal so I assume it is tied to that somehow?

Yep that's how I got it. From hong kong at $56 or something, so 50% off. I got the Asian version of fifa 10 as well and just traded it in for LBP2 as part of the 3 for 1 deal so pretty happy to get away with that too. Hopefully the same for Fifa 11 next year!

Hong Kong sellers ship on the 28th which is good since it's out on the 30th here.

My guess is you(and i) will get it on the 4th

IGN UK review is up

Closing Comments
FIFA 11 doesn’t redefine the football game, nor does it bring with it bold or surprising ways to play. What it does, however, is refine an already superlative game, taking nearly every aspect and polishing it to help create a whole that’s notably superior to its predecessors. It’s excellence, not innovation, that wins out, and that’s surely no bad thing; for the next twelve months at least this is likely to be the best football experience available, and FIFA’s looking like retaining its crown in convincing fashion.

IGN UK Ratings for FIFA Soccer 11 (PS3)
9.0Presentation
It's slick and professional as ever, though it could take a leaf from PES 2011's book when it comes to team selection.
8.5Graphics
Slim tweaks here and there have a noticeable effect on the game's visuals, though it's still prone to a case of the uglies when it deals with lesser players.
9.0Sound
Crowd noises have benefited from a major uphaul, while the custom audio's an admirable addition.
9.5Gameplay
It's FIFA refined, with myriad tweaks helping ensure it improves on its predecessor.
9.5Lasting Appeal
If you're tired of football you're tired of life - and for now FIFA's the best virtual take on the sport available.

OVERALL 9.5
Incredible

Aight cool, thanks for that. :thumbsu:

Also, with the new Creation Centre and the Create-A-Team feature, can we now make customizable online Pro Clubs? In FIFA 10 all you got to do was name your club and pick a logo of a real life team. It'd be cool if we got to create logos/team colours/assign a stadium.

You can do all that with creation centre.
