Rooney and Fabregas are FIFA love child's, they are always going to be rated higher.

I'm trying to get my head around Kane 82 and Vardy 80 both below Sturridge 83.. What the actual ??

Kane 84
Vardy 82
Sturridge 81
Sturridge should be 90 but only available for 5 games per career mode season

Probably will buy from the looks of things. Still not as many advancements as I want in the manager part of career mode, but probably still likely to buy. Like the look of the presentation and the player part of career mode.

Hype train for FIFA definitely seems to have died in recent years.
Definitely true.

I remember being super excited from maybe 11-14, then the last two or so years, it's not as exciting.

Yeah I know the ratings aren't a big thing to get annoyed over but still, pretty outrageous ratings for United.
They've acquired some great players over the window but no way are the likes of Rooney and Schweiny that highly rated.
I won't edit it as belting them will be even more pleasurable with the RICKdiculous ratings Fifa has handed them (yes, they will probably change, but I'm not expecting to a level that they truly should be).
Rooney 88 last year was an absolute joke as well, so it doesn't fill me with confidence.
Also, El-Neny - 73? Really? I know the lad isn't amazing but maybe a 76 would have been about right, he's been solid in the league he was in and has been alright for Arsenal.

Anyway, I should get over the ratings and focus on the gameplay. I bet you I'm gonna buy this shit, play it for a month and not play it much again. One of those games I buy for my mates who come around and wanna do something.

This seems interesting.

I was a wee lad then so my memory might be hazy but didn't they have this sort of stuff in the game around 05/06? Like, you could set ticket prices or something which affected your revenue or whatever.

Since they've got their marketing eggs entirely in the Alex Hunter basket, I'm tipping these features won't be very deep.
Yeah 06 definitely had it. That one is my fav ever Fifa.

Yeah, I feel as though their 06-07 modes were pretty much the shame.

Can't believe after all these years they haven't added some kind of simulation feature that allows you to manage the team as the game goes on, similar to the 2D view in football manager. That, tuning the AI so they actually don't act like complete mongs in the mode and bringing in a way to make tactics actually matter are all sorely needed.

If FIFA 17 fails to fire remember we have 2k17 only a few weeks later! The depth in that game should be mirrored by the FIFA developers.

i like the idea of promoting youth players. will they finally have reserves? hopefully they rejig the friendlies too, i just wanna be able to make wholesale changes in friendlies, that's my favorite part, rotating the squad like i'm the master of keeping Artificial Intelligence fit and happy.

cant see the total club management being deep as mentioned before.

watched a video uploaded by someone who got 6 hours with career mode and he mentioned that an example being the financial tab he had no influence what so ever over changing it a part from transfers, suggested playing well was the only way stuff like this changes.

youth development had more user control as he had to play certain promoted youth players in so many games for the season, even mentioned some demands can go over 2 seasons and not the just 1

would of liked to be able to play games as your reserves or youth team to actually see first hand who was worth promoting up and after each game their attributes become more clearer as well. so basically the more you play them the better attribute range you get to see.
