Finals match winner

Who do does everyone think will be the one to stand up in the finals and be our finals wildcard - the match winner.

I imagine a lot of people will go safe and say if Judd gets 30 or waite kicks 4 we will win.

My wildcard for the finals is Paul Bower, he is really struggling at the moment but if he can get a bit more run into his game it will automatically lift his confidence and we are a lot better team when we him running out of defence with the likes of russell, armfield and co.

Take your pick from Judd, Waite, Betts, Garlett, Hendo, Gibbs, Murphy etc who have all been proven match winners in the past.

I am hoping that we just have 22 players that (even if they are not having a good day) give an honest contest and at least try to break even. That way, we only need one or two winners to get us over the line.

Finals throw up some unlikely heroes at times and I would like to see Ellard, Yazz or Hammer have a breakout match. These three will be very important players in the next few years and they need that great match in a pressure game to show them they really belong out there.

Agree with this Murphy has hit some great form and his work ethic and mentality will see that he brings this form into the finals.

I would have also included Gibbs, but he will need to grow some stones by Sunday. My fingers are crossed this happens as he can really turn a game on it's head when firing.

I completely agree. Robinson is maligned for being a "dumb" footballer, when really he just needs to relax. With the heavy contested footy that is Sydney's calling card, I say he'll crash a couple of packs, lay some big tackles and kick a couple of decisive goals.

Also will get the role on Malceski, and wear him like a glove until an opportunity to aggressively attack presents itself

problem is that's what he has been doing over the last 2 weeks and we still lost both games.
