Now this weekend is huge for about 5 teams and is key for who we will play assuming we Finish 5th.

Personally i REALLY .. REALLY dont want to play the blues, cause they will win as per usual

Would much rather play Port, Lions, WCE or Crows

discuss who you would want to face in the finals out of the 5

But, I think Port will beat Carlton, Geelong will smash Brisbane and North will beat Collingwood. I think we will be playing North, which is clearly the best side outside the 8.

Can see us in the second week of finals no matter who we play. North are a completely different team anywhere outside of Etihad so if we play them at the G I'd be pretty confident. Whether we get to play them there is a different story.

I also think this is the most likely scenario.

I will be doing the unthinkable though and barracking for Carlton against Port and if they lose, barracking for Collingwood against North.

I have no worries if we play Carlton, Port, Adelaide, Brisbane or West Coast.
I will be sick if we have to play North.

We need to ensure we win this week against the Bombers, so in the event that we win week 1 in the finals .. We play Sydney at ANZ stadium not Freo in the west. Sydney will be the easier of the two as the have injury issues at the moment.

I'm a little bit scared of Carlton, and quite scared of North. Is that bad? I just think those sides have got our measure, not necessarily because they are better sides but they match up well and have the wood over us, similar to us v Hawks.

Geelong and Hawthorn cannot finish in positions that have them play against each other.
Essendon has been expelled from the finals (in case you hadn't heard)
Collingwood can't get to 5th unless they beat North and North can't make the finals if they lose to Collingwood.
Melbourne is in 17th position.
