I am actually starting to question this challenge as a possible clay tons challenge.

It might be a set-up to thwart other challenges.

The trouble is Hardwick, Gale, Dan Richardson staying for the moment as a collective status quo, all A Graders staying, the only changes might be Balme in and new recruiting and development and a more comprehensive review.

I think it could be a bit shallow like one commentator mentioned.

It worries me they have not been more defined about the strategy and less defined about specific people!

Yeah thats not bothering me, for the short term anyway, its the lack of strategy on their list management attitude that I am getting troubled by.

For example how do we rise, keep our guns and decide whether or not we get Prestia or not?

I think their could be another rival ticket!!!

Its a bit like a Trump ticket or Sanders. People want a new system, they want change. I think the next successful rival ticket will have to emphasis more list change to rally the members and fans to renew hope and belief!!

It's clear they do not want to pay dimma out. Bring in a ceo of football and said that the game plan had to change and they would support dimma with the right people. All they are saying is, change your game plan or we will. I think it's a good strategy. Try and get him to walk.
