Peterson very quiet- no touches but had a big leap in the forward line.

Our pressure has dropped away- not the same intensity and skills have dropped. Happy if we can take a 3gl lead into half time and then regroup! Would be interesting to see the 1/4 time vs 1/2 time individual and team stats.

Burgoyne playing like silk
Disappointing drop off that 2nd quarter but thankfull we still have a healthy lead of 36pts and the advantage of the wind in the 3rd. Clarko no doubt will give the boys a rocket and we'll be looking to hit hard in the 3rd.

the breeze picked up from a one goal advantage in the first quarter to a 2-3 goal advantage in the second.

However it blows in a way that the advantage lies in kicking it from one flank.

The Hawks should smash the lions in the third.

Burgoyne looks Amazing and Cyril looks like the best player to ever lace up boots.

According to Rohan Smith on the boundary, it was a 2 goal wind in the first quarter when we had it behind us and its picked up since then. Agree, can't see how any hawk fan could be unhappy with the boys effort today so far. A quick word from Clarko letting them know there's still a half to go seems more appropriate than a 'rocket'.
