I really wish people would stop bringing up Rohan’s personal life.
It takes a real man to cheat on his wife a couple of months after one of his twins dies. He should be applauded for his bravery in following his heart and not mocked on an online forum.

Moorcroft was a bit like Cat Gary. Not a star but chock full of talent
He played well in the 2000 GF ..but then again everyone did because Dees gave up 5 minutes into the second qrt

Harsh. Was the highest goal scorer on the ground in a tight game. They would not have won without him.
Holmes had plenty of space in the square. As long as he controlled it to him, he was fine, and he did that. We'd caught the Pies defence completely out. Mark or not, it would have been a monumental * up not to score from it. Perhaps better that he didn't mark it. Holmes running into the square was likely a more sure thing than Rohan from a set shot with a minute left.
