had the opportunity last year and bunkered down instead of excepting that it's over.

They've handled themselves very poorly the last couple of years. There was possibly a chance to trade guys out with value (that clearly weren't particularly happy) to try address structural issues. Instead were stupid and immature about it. Now the road back will be longer and harder. Another (with North and Carlton) case of horrendous list management.
