Never thought much about the Eagles to be honest. Would certainly prefer a Freo flag. No brainer. Leinster must have plenty of Freagles hey?
If you think that hurt you are ****ing stupid.Truth hurts
Yesterday's game was pretty bloody cynical.
They got the win, sured up a top spot and gained bragging rights against a rival. Good on them.
But it wasn't a good look

What game involving Ross Lyon as coach is ?
Freo games never look good.
Because ducking for frees at every opportunity is such a goooooood look.Freo games never look good.
They're a real blight on the game.

Yeah geelong play the game the way it should be played....lol
Freo getting more support on this thread from opposition supporters than Geelong though. The freo supporters are hilarious.
They are becoming known for being the biggest whingers in the AFL.
That, along with their club's disgustingly boring brand of footy, lack of success, unlikeable players (apart from probably fyfe and pav), they would have to be the least respected club in the AFL.

lol. Hatred of teams on Bigfooty comes and goes like a change of wind.
Geelong are still admired out there in the real world.
Yup. Wasnt there an AFL survey just a few weeks ago that said Geelong were the most respected? And that has changed because they got a bunch of free kicks? Bigfooty is like 95% of the rest of the internet; everyone changes their mind and everyone voices their opinion as loud and as indignant as possible. Its why I find threads like this vastly amusing. Next week there will be another team to pick on, and the week after there will be another, etc etc.
Haha given a hundred and fifty years, I'm sure Freo will be a little more advanced than your backwater club that has hardly advanced in the last 50 years. I'd hope in a hundred years we'd get more than 27000 supporters to a home game, a 40000 membership and a better nickname than pussies or handbaggers. Oh just wait, we already do.Lulz
You live in the bigfooty world (see above post).
In the real world, Geelong has played an exciting brand of footy that has won it premierships and respect on and off the field in the entire sporting space.
On the other hand, your team plays unwatchable football that has lead to zero success, and minimal respect.
Try again.

I'm not trolling, it won't be long til some parent sues the AFL for their kid ending up in a wheelchair because they've tried to get a high free kick and have snapped their back. Mackie got to the ball first, had a chance to stand up, instead ducked looking for a free kick resulting in him getting a severe knock to the head. The only way to stop this is to stop giving players frees for it.
You can't keep the head sacrosanct if the head is being used to win free kicks.
We were hoping that your mob would do that sometime before 3/4 time last night too. Instead they just went the play the man not the ball tactic (hence the free kicks), but somehow that tactic's OK but your perception of Geelong's 'milk the frees' tactic isn't? OK thenHope Geelong actually contest us with footy next time.

Thanks for your good grace in victory. Makes me wish I wouldn't get so riled up with Cats supporters rubbing our faces in it.I like Fremantle and if we can't win the flag this year, (of the realistic chances) I hope the Dockers win it. I think the game was played in good spirits last night and the crowd booing the Dockers off the field was pretty embarrassing, to be honest. They'd done nothing to deserve that.
It happens with both teams. I dislike, I've started threads about Suban and Walters on the Freo board last year about it. Suban and Crozier ducked, so did Selwood, Johnson, Mackie, Christensen, Bartel. You see the difference?Strange that if your concern is for player safety that you haven't mentioned Crozier ducking into a tackle in the final quarter and nearly getting his head ripped off. Umpires gave him a free kick which resulted in a goal.
Haha -maybe you should go back and read a few of your posts old thing. Thanks for your good grace in victory. Makes me wish I wouldn't get so riled up with Cats supporters rubbing our faces in it.Always good supporters out there from all clubs.
