How does Varcoe seriously get a game?
Been asking the same thing for 2 years now.
I think you will find a large number of Geelong supporters asking the same question

Nope.
Well maybe after cracking Suban twice in the head tonight he may get a holiday.

Maybe your boys should find some good gear. Couldn't be nice being the only developed club to not have a flag, add to that an old list with nothing on the horizon?
You'll know you're gone when Ross Lyon leaves the club. Ross Lyon = inherit established list, lose grand final(s), don't develop youngsters, run club into ground, walk away... and repeat.
Overall it's just jealousy that the nothing club from sleepy hollow turned into a superpower.
Whether it's rational to hate them because of the following things or not is largely irrelevant:
- Tom Hawkins being such a lump that he's unstoppable in certain situations whilst ordinary in others
- Neil Balme, Chris Scott, Brian Cook combined humility of 0
- Stevie J's stupid antics, not so much against Crowley but in other games
- Joel Selwood's quacking
- Cameron Ling's endless Geelong references
- Tom Harley, see Cameron Ling but multiply by about 8500 times
- That Tom Harley ever existed
- That they are the only Victorian team with a home stadium and getting a tremendous financial result from it and a tremendous football result from it and that owning it hasn't run them into significant debt but thanks to government investment in building the thing has done the opposite
- Every cats fan I know thinks they are a footy expert and isn't afraid to tell you about it
- Travis Varcoe, he's just annoying
- Josh Caddy
- That Billie Smedts doesn't get more games, thus exposing Geelong to how the rest of us live
All up though they aren't a thing on Hawthorn!
The again he may pull a SJ/Buddy/Goodes and just get off.Hopefully.

I wonder what people's opinion would be of him if there were no cameras in the box, and you would judge him soley on pressers. He's obviously developed a reputation but one that I believe is unfair and rarely, if ever, backed up with quotes.Of course like all teams they have the odd player that annoys for what ever the reason but as a team their record and way they play footy is to be admired. Unfortunately their most unlikeable quality is sadly their coach. Has the demeanour of spoilt child who has just had an all day sucker or dummy taken from him. For a man who had the perception of a tough hard unrelenting competitor as a player his sooking and petulance as a coach has changed the perception to some one more adverse to wearing silk underwear.
Lonergan stiff to miss out hereApart from Bartel Enright and Taylor there is absolutely nothing to like about anything that is Geelong.
I think it is the marketing face, being the coach, that people dislike
Bomber is likeable but the Scott's are not
Love Jimmy but cannot stand Selwood, Johnson and Guthrie.. Hard to like a team with those 3.
Which is hilarious because Bomber is one of the shittest campaigners going around.

I for one think he is as good as it gets when he's got the mic on. And I can't critisise the way he acts on camera because I'm pretty much the same and probably worse when things don't go our way
