Geelong rorting the system

I assume the report was finalised prior to Gerard Wheatley and Ford gifting Danger a car on national television for having the ‘best season’.

But he didn’t have the best season did he and that’s not what the award was for as anyone who watches the show would understand. Least of all you who seems to be across these things with a religious fervour

The report seems to cover 2019-2024, not this year, so we can assume the Rowan Marshall farm and Charlie Curnow Torquay bathhouse renovations are still good to go.

how tf is it any different. Actually look at this rationally. You have not disclosed third party payments lol. This is as big as it gets.
Just read the full article in the link below and come back and tell me what Geelong did is the same, FMD

  • Adelaide and its chief executive Steven Trigg pleaded guilty to three charges in relation to "conduct prejudicial to the draft
  • The Crows allegedly made a further payment of up to $200,000 to Tippett outside the salary cap.

Yes it was a top up to Danger from a sponsor, we know

Kurt Tippett has been fined $50,000 and suspended for half the 2013 AFL season while the Adelaide Crows have been fined $300,000 for breaching the salary cap and tampering with the draft. Yeah, same as what Geelong did...

I’m actually laughing out loud at some of the stuff in here BUT than at the same time it’s really sad the low IQ of so many people :(

So geelong is vindicated. Just silly admin errors that every other club would have if they ever had to go through the same process

"The AFL conducted an 'extended audit' covering the 2019-2024 seasons, which found that the Cats did not breach the AFL's total player payments limit, or the AFL player movement rules, at any time in that period."

It was good of the AFL to allow former Geelong Club Executive and Chief Operating Officer Simon Kelleher to head the investigation. Basically investigating what went on when he was working for Geelong. Mind boggling 🙄

Okay ... so ... Ford / Whateley blackmails Gary Lyon into making sure that Danger is just close enough to winning an award to the most matchwinning performances that his performance against Hawthorn in the PF ...

Oh wait, it involves Hawthorn. No wonder you're bitchin.

‘Silly admin errors’, Steve Hocking is that you?

Geelong supporters rolling out the Bigfooty 'My clubs been caught in a scandal' starter pack

"lol where's the proof?"

"So what if they found something? it's just a paperwork error - we did nothing wrong"

"It's not as bad as what club X did X years ago"

"Everyone is doing it, they just haven't been caught yet"
