He was responding to speculation that the attack was racially motivated by explaining that the police think the attack was mistaken identity. He's not blaming the victim, he's explaining the motivation for the killer. Tèa Wright-Finger went to a party in the outback two weekends ago, she's been missing ever since

It's been 11 days since Ms Wright-Finger was last seen in her blue Toyota Prado outside of Richmond, 400 kilometres east of Mount Isa.

This one is a bit of a worry.

Emergency crews are continuing to scour rural grazing land near Richmond, 400 kilometres east of Mount Isa in north-west Queensland, in search for missing woman Tèa Wright-Finger.

It's been 11 days since the 19-year-old was last seen in a blue Toyota Prado outside of Richmond on the afternoon of October 16.

She was reported missing to police two days later.

Police on Thursday said the car had been stolen "as a result of a fraud-related offence".

Queensland police said Ms Wright-Finger's mobile phone gave a signal on the 18th, but has since stopped.

The signal was located to the Richmond area.

The vehicle has not been seen since October 16.

Mr Graham said the fact there was no car to narrow down the search area made it very difficult.

Local Patrick Miller has been volunteering his time to help find Ms Wright-Finger, searching in his car and on foot.

"The hardest part is 'where is the car?' The car was her. Now no car, no her," Mr Miller said.

Mr Miller said he believed Ms Wright-Finger had parked the vehicle, got a lift to a party at another property overnight and then returned the next day on Sunday, October 16.

"Where did she go?" he asked.

Been trying to follow this one a bit, listened to a bunch of outraged 'community' members on Hack last night. I don't get it. Those bogan thugs were out looking for some aborigines who damaged their cars. They mistook the kids for those who did it (assuming those kids didn't actually do it - that's not been made clear). Now a kid is dead, sounds like the alleged culprit was on meth to me. How could those kids have been anything other than in the wrong palce at the wrong time? How is that comment racist or victim-blaming or racist-victim blaming?

Some would argue that Middle Swan is the wrong place at any time...

I think when I read the whole article she had parked the car and got a lift or walked to the party. So she went missing last seen at the party. The car was at a different location and is missing too.

I am not sure about the fraud mention.

Just Pelosi’s home? What about Judge Kavanagh? Politicians’ addresses, phone numbers and emails are freely available (and are probably fairly easily discoverable). There are no laws to prevent activists stalking and staking out the homes of public figures. The only laws refer to protesting in front of a home, an ordinance banning noise in front of a home, and littering.

Private security seems to be the only option.
