Apologies for any inconvenience. We will try to find a replacement.
You know when your in your garden and you see something shiny and think it’s good. What happened to Kreuger I thought he was going to be a gem?
They were just helping out Fort, who wanted to go to Brisbane, and we needed an adequate back-up to replace him. Then they could have just kept Fort. They didn't want to play Fort but I'm assuming they will be more willing to pick Ceglar.

Didn't Gregson have more serious injury and missed heaps more time, unlucky which can happen, point taken but.Gregson had an excellent first year a few years back too, that worked out well.
Now do it with Wells making the selections.![]()
For a team that finished top 2 the past three seasons plus acquired JC last year it really is astounding
So we turned Krueger in Ceglar?
We traded 29 year old Fort for Ceglar + Early Future 4th. And Haw is paying most of it. Yep and the slightest downgrade of #41 to #45.
Its a nothing trade and not worth losing sleep over but which clubs not doing that trade?
Fort has played 8 games and turns 29. He would have been delisted had he not had a contract. To get Ceglar who is a similar age and a future 4th is more than fine
You know when your in your garden and you see something shiny and think it’s good.
Then you pick it up and it’s just a clear pebble.
That’s Krueger
Furthermore, Wells on Trade Radio said outright Edmund's report was false...
Most obvious interpretation is replacing Fort with Ceglar so we won’t see him often.
Agreed..fort probably would have been delisted 12 months from now anyway and we have an upgraded backup ruck for the next 2 years. Good result.
I think they'll prepare for the contingency, have a trade pre-agreed to be done on the night but won't have use it
Might be a stretch. I have him pegged at a solid 150200+

There is a reason 'fake news' has exploded... because it's true - media outlets will do absolutely anything to get clicks and engagement including straight up lying.. Because of 'freedom of the press' they have no obligation to tell the truth so instead say 'sources said' to remove any personal liability. It's very lazy journalism.
The same standards should apply to tweets that we would hold an article to.
For example, an article claiming Jordan hung up on wells and that the call was heated would absolutely need to include the authors attempt to confirm with both parties and they had either declined to comment, offered no comment or provided a quote.
The tweet for example could have been "sources tell me jordan clark hung up on steven wells in a heated phone conversation reinforcing his desire to be traded. Stephen wells and jordan clark have both denied this." no ones clicking on that though ey sammy
Another first-round bust for us.
McCartney on trade radio tonight said the Giants pick 2 will be valuable on the night becuase after the father son bidding and Horne Francis going to North, that it would be the first live pick of the night.
That indicates to me that the Giants will bid on both Daicos and Darcy and then see what offers come in.
I would also like to know and am also lazyCan someone less lazy than me do all the picks in and out this trade period?
Blitz at fullback... Please dear lord no... The dude is the ultimate panic merchant - the last thing we need is him on the last line of defence dropping his pants after his opponent kicks a few.Replaces fort as an upgrade and means blitz can stay at full back if stanley gets injured..protects neale from being thrown in too early..win-win-win on all counts.
