I posted about Brown earlier in this thread. It's a shame he doesn't qualify because he has some tricks.
Luckily he is not a potential #1 pick.

His old man was a good footballer In his own right. I was at the game Paul kicked 6 at Carrara in that record breaking game in 1992.Luckily he is not a potential #1 pick.

Something is helping good teams stay good and bad teams stay bad despite draft and salary cap.
The thing it gets back to for me is that performance is a function of context/purpose and leadership. You need leaders to prove clear objectives and roles to players and to be able to clearly articulate why that purpose is important. If you're chucking kids into a leadership and structure vacuum, you're gonna have a bad time

Injuries I think.I cant remember ..why didnt he get to 100? Concussion issues?
TB might be the type that slips into our pick range. If he has the Combine type data we like , it would not surprise if we look at him ..even if he is not technically a FSon.
Good point PO, I admit I wasn't considering our future picks, only this years. It is genuinely difficult decision, a lot may depend upon the availability of merrett, or do the cats make the draft the priority over Darcy. We are not tight on picks we have a future 1st and 3 2nds. Look we do need to invest in the draft but ruck is the hardest position to draft and weve failed at it for 10 years and good young rucks carry trade value. Freo will probably want clark and a future 1st (thats if they are even willing to trade darcy at all) and id pay that but i get why some geelong supporters wouldnt.

Paul could play back and forward and was used at both ends of the ground. He could take a big mark too.Just read that article again. It mentioned knees. I cant remember him strongly. Funny how you can get blanks on some players and other one remembers strongly.
Reading a description by Ed Pascoe from Draftcentral. ..he sounds a promising kid.
Recent interview he said if he feels good at end of year, he will go again.Word I've heard is that Selwood wants one more year. I don't think we worry about midfield FA until the end of next year. Get games into Narkle, Holmes, Clark and hopefully Stephens next year.
Would love nothing more than JSEL to be the all time games record holder for GFC and make it very hard to better.Recent interview he said if he feels good at end of year, he will go again.

Narkle and Shai Bolton both delaying talks to end of year. Hmmm maybe both go to Perth?
We won't have the picks/players to get it done but my wish list is for Darcy and one of Merrett/Parish.
As in what number would make it hard to beat?what that number?

Yes I understand that but if he gets another season in I don’t think in our time we’ll see a GFC player beat thatEnright 332... so he needs 12 to get past him
