Really? He's only 4cm shorter than Jhye and 3cm shorter than Parf and Atkins. Don't think height will be his undoing. If he can play - which he looks like he has some seriously good traits - then he'll be fine.

For reference, Lachie Neale is the exact same height as Osca

His height doesn’t matter for a development small forward aiming for 2-3 years time as he seems to have the talent.

I think Ginbey is decent, and I can see why clubs are interested. However, I am not sure he reads the play well enough to accumulate. Maybe he does, what was his stats at the U18 champs for WA? His WAFL and Colts stats don't scream much.

All of his WAFL league games were played as the third tall defender. The only info I can find re the champs is the excerpt below. Not huge numbers but keep in mind he works hard both ways and that’s a big feature of his game.

“Come the Under 18 National Championships, he hit the ground running. Ginbey was a key figure on the inside in game one against Vic Metro with 18 disposals and four clearances, before notching a personal best of 23 against the Allies, and finally a team-high 22 in his most recent effort.”

Gunston, Dunkley and McKenna is pretty good for them. Add Ashcroft and Fletcher as well.

They will be right up there. Top 4, if no major injuries.

The players they’ve added will improve them. But their big issue is with their coaches, they’d easily be the worse coaching group in the league.

You need power if you are that size or seriously seriously special tricks. Neale has serious explosive power in the contest. Does Riccardi? I know nothing about him as a footballer but in my experience you need to be really special at that size.

I think he is very quick and evasive, and seems he can kick the ball okay too. 177cm, he might grow though, to 179cm, and be closer to Parfitt height. He has long limbs if that helps, for reach. I bet his wingspan is closer to 183cm. Needs a lot of work in the gym, probably a 3 year project.

I honestly have no distinct memory of him... the vid below to me he seems like his is still growing into his body. It would be a very very early call for mine but thast what we pay them the big dollars for.

Not a key position, not quite a mid. An in betweener. I don’t care what his combine results are, he doesn’t seem to play like a quick player and doesn’t have the rubs on the board to justify a top 20 selection. Top 20… also Looks very avg from the highlights.

I reckon Blicavs is a sneaky chance. Stewart ticks a lot of the right boxes but he cut a very angry figure on the field this year. Blicavs has the media presence, the pedigree and clearly sets standards for the group.

Stewart appeared a little timid and cautious due to the incident. He would be a great captain.
