He wants us.It’s still a year away. Players change their minds all the time.
Friend of mine that is good friends with he's dad basically said he's coming to the Cats earlier this year, dont know anything outside of that. I may have put it on the board earlier this yearLet's just say I spoke to him on the phone. My good mate played Jets with him.
Would like to trade up and try and pinch Josh Lindsay in the draft. Projected around 11th
Anyone got the free link lol

Toby Conway, in the queue for the treatment roomThe staff of the medical room.
Feel free to ask him about how Geelong is supposed to get him over the line (trade or FA wise).Zac isn't actually that big in person.
Something in the Jasper Fletcher mould.I don't see him as inside mid at least not for a while. I think he is struggles with finding his identity in there for the moment.
I see him as a rebounding half back flanker, like adding another Humphries
I think his athleticism is underrated, he isn't one of those vanilla one pace mids.
If we get him at 40 I'll be dancing.
I've known Petracca since he was a kid at primary school and have watched his career with huge interest. Sullivan is near that innate talent level, as an U18 player, not saying anything more.Absolutely no way is he any near Petraccas level as a junior. Petracca would go number 1 in this draft and is levels above anyone else when he was a junior
Is that the same as a few months ago though, where it's under the condition we match the Dogs money? He wants us.
Jasper Fletcher is an elite talent, and will win a B&F for Brisbane sooner than laterSomething in the Jasper Fletcher mould.
I'd be happy to take him. Just feels like he's going to fall inbetween our picks a bit. Probably doesn't get to 40, and might be a tad early at 19.
If they rate him though, they'll do it.
You don't need to tell me. I think he can be this generation's equivalent of Luke Hodge, and will probably captain Brisbane one day.Jasper Fletcher is an elite talent, and will win a B&F for Brisbane sooner than later
Watched him (CP)dominate in his years with Eastern Ranges, and players, parents and staff just gazed in amazement.assume you mean potential to be better than this current version of Trac?
Trac is maybe the best mid/fwd junior prospect theres been.
and people forgetting how good he was at his best.
Is that the same as a few months ago though, where it's under the condition we match the Dogs money?
I don't doubt that he'd be happy to come here, but we need to pick up the tab for once, and if there's a player to break it for - it's Butters.
That's not just because he's available, either. If you could pick any player in the league right now who suits exactly what we need to win a flag, it's him.
Pointless IMO.At this point get Goldy.. ask him for 14 games and he doesn’t play vfl but he’s on close to mimimim chips.
Stanley and Blitz can cover the rest of the rotations with Neale and SDK covering from and back Halves.
Not great but prob best option if we need to go with a ruck not on our list
Go Catters
I get it.Bews get… Guthrie.. I just can’t see it.. 3 years no games and can’t get on the track rally let alone game conditions.
I’m all for. Giving him his chances.. and Josh Cowan got 7 years on the list.. but maybe if wants a rookie spot?
Go Catters
It would have placed a lot of pressure on him for that very reason.Imagine getting 1.7m per year to ruck and being worried about having to hold down that position.
Players got it good these days.
Probably the Charlie Curnow offer + a bit extra? He's not contracted but is a top 5 midfielder in the league with plenty of A grade football ahead of him.Feel free to ask him about how Geelong is supposed to get him over the line (trade or FA wise).
It’s a free hit. At his best he was an AA caliber midfielder. He will be on minimal coin also and taking up a list spot of nobody else important incoming. If our biggest weakness is our midfield, how does a 33yr old who hasn't played senior football in over 500 days and just the 10 matches across the last 1100+ days, address the weakness?
...
Maybe our ruckman has been under our noses all this time.
Maybe the prototypical rucks CS seeks, are right under our noses (SNeale and/or SDK). Maybe tenderfoots getting experience rucking is fraught with injuries whereas, importing footy-hardened forwards/defenders into rucking is not (like using simulators to train novice pilots rather than in-situ).
If this eventuates, Caro will park her caravan on his front lawn.Might as well give the journos more to talk about by bringing in the guy who tested positive for cocaine on match day.
Hell, why not?
He is a suck-up.“Credit to St Kilda, they didn’t want to let him go. We felt an openness early, but last few days they shifted and didn’t want to move him,” Trotter said.
Let's just say I spoke to him on the phone. My good mate played Jets with him.
While the peanut gallery is celebrating our loss in the battle (Trade period just past), we might still win the war. I can then scream "Suck it, Haters!"Friend of mine that is good friends with he's dad basically said he's coming to the Cats earlier this year, dont know anything outside of that.
