Was a bit more involved in the play this week. Gibbs has unbelievable poise and class. His skills are perfect, and his kicking off one step sensational. Seems to be able to weave out of trouble - perfectly balanced. He was dying to get back on the ground in the last quarter after Murph was spent. He does the occasional flashy thing, but is just as content to do the team-oriented one-percenters. We are watching the development of a superstar. :)

Gee the kid has struggled a little in his two games but it's way too early to put him the 'just' class.

I never mentioned anything about a game, did you actually read what he said about Gibbs?

Of course we wont be on tv, as you know you put us out of the NAB cup.

Struggled when he's been off the bench.

Gibbs is class and whoever said people miss the good things he does are on the money. That tackle when he ran down a Hawk and the pass to Fev were textbook stuff if you were to quote Michael Christian.

He'll be a star. :)

This thread's and it's title is utterly ridiculous and Swallow's kicking makes Walker look like Buckley. :D

Go look up projection in a dictionary, that's the thing with all the big words and explanations.

Here's a tip buddy, don't come on and post ignorant cr@p like that without backing it up with some substance....tell us how he is struggling? Who are you using for a yardstick for first game players? Was Gibbs 100% fit against the bombers? How much game time has he gotten in the two matches?

Not only that, you then come on and resort to personal abuse when one of our supporters posts a credible defense.

Even Murphy didn't set the world on fire in his first couple pre-season games and there were quite a few people who criticised his disposal. How stupid do those people look now!

I wouldn't be concerned if Bryce was to spend the next two years honing his craft in the Bullants, let alone be disppointed if he can't reach the levels of Chris Judd in his first season. What matters is how Bryce plays in 4 years time and the next ten years onwords. Sure everyone would love first year players to dominate and I believe that Bryce will really begin to impress after he gets a few games under his belt. However, the underlying fact is that he has shown he has all the tools and that is all that matters. He is going to be a star, I have no doubt about that.
