Apparently paid $130k a year as semi professionals with shocking efficiency. Don't know if they would still be in a job in the outside worldThe media never whinges about umpiring when we're on the wrong end of it....only if the slightest thing goes against one of their beloved big Victorian clubs....having said that if that's what it takes to put some pressure on the AFL to finally improve the standard then so be it.
We were on the right end of a few tonight but across the comp there are far too many horrific calls being made in most games. Full time has to be the way to go, it's meant to be a professional sport ffs.

They're just pandering to the audience. They ride the side who they think has the most one eyed viewership in a given game. Kane Cornes is the only one who doesn't give a flying **** about upsetting the status quo and I love him for it.The media never whinges about umpiring when we're on the wrong end of it....only if the slightest thing goes against one of their beloved big Victorian clubs....having said that if that's what it takes to put some pressure on the AFL to finally improve the standard then so be it.

Carlton fans would probably be not too welcoming after the last time he played them.Bit of an aside but it would be nice to see Adam out there one night presenting the Goodes-O'Loughlin medal.
He has understandably removed himself from the AFL landscape, but returning to present the medal, in a welcoming environment, would be pleasing to see, particularly as the red and blue colours of the Medal are based on our first Marn Grook guernsey, which was designed by Adam's mother, Lisa Sansbury.
Here's hoping one day he will feel the time is right.
Lloyd will get his kick up the bum when gulden takes back his wing spot.Hope he swaps Florent and Lloyd next week
I just much rather the dare from Bice and the ability to make those kicks whereas Lloyd is smaller and also can't defend as well and just boots it longLloyd will get his kick up the bum when gulden takes back his wing spot.
In saying that I think Lloyd should just go back to half back. He's not dynamic enough to play up the ground at this point in his career.
Will be interesting times when florent, Lloyd, fox and Cunningham will be battling for the same spot. Tough spot for Cox at the moment. Would be less of a problem managing form when you can actually bring in a half decent player.
Nah it's because Cox is a moron isn't it?Sheldrick really struggled to run out the game. Maybe that's why he's been sub
Natural progression. Lloyd will eventually be phased out. When I say move to half back as in swap with Ollie to the wing.I just much rather the dare from Bice and the ability to make those kicks whereas Lloyd is smaller and also can't defend as well and just boots it long
Never want to see Lloyd and Florent in defence ever again except when there is no other option.Lloyd will get his kick up the bum when gulden takes back his wing spot.

The flashes are there we just need to keep him in the seniors as he is too good for the VFL, needs to continue to keep up with the pace of the AFLCleary with 14 disposals (most in the middle of the ground as well) yet only 12 meters gained while getting 5 goal involvements and a goal assist on top of his 29 pressure acts yet having one turnover is an incredibly even performance.
Problem is that we both want to see changes (even with the "old" injuries/suspensions) but it doesn't help when we get 3 more injuries/suspensions in the game itselfNatural progression. Lloyd will eventually be phased out. When I say move to half back as in swap with Ollie to the wing.
Reckon he and Sheldrick should be an important part of our core midfield quite soon. Cleary as first hands and Gus swapping with Rowie.Cleary with 14 disposals (most in the middle of the ground as well) yet only 12 meters gained while getting 5 goal involvements and a goal assist on top of his 29 pressure acts yet having one turnover is an incredibly even performance.
You want us to go in to next week with a KPD line of McCartin and Rampe (who doesn't consistently play tall anymore and would prefereable play on Fritsch next week) and a KPF line of Ladhams and Hamling?Florent, Adams, Mills hopefully in for Francis, McInerney and Amartey with Heeney/Warner able to play more time up front
Walsh was largely ineffective for them, wasn't paying huge attention to his match up...noticed Jordon next to him a few times, assume that was the matchup and another scalp for JJ.
