What an amazing night.

Just as good if not better in some aspects as the 02, 05, 06 and 15 GF's that I've attended at the MCG.

Only gripe is they still haven't sorted the queues for drinks. Missed most of the pregame entertainment due to being in a 30 minute beer queue. I just don't get why they don't have one person on the taps just constantly keeping the beer flowing. They had the staff to do it.

What a brilliant show you guys put on over there, well done we thoroughly enjoyed the lead up during the week and the game (and result). Was a good advertisement for touring the GF every few years. We could share it between us, Qld and WA.......um, 'spose we better include those SA too.

Can't say I'm in favour of a night GF though (was 7.15pm start here) was a boring long wait.

...oh, and we love your stadium, wow pretty spectacular!

I'm never going to splurge on a hospitality package again unless the Eagles make it (even if Perth hosts it again, and the Eagles aren't involved, I'll join the GA madness), but man I am glad I did for this one. Dinner was great on Friday, normally I hate the campaigner but Garry Lyon's speech at dinner was amazing and fully swung me behind the Dees, Optus was Optus, best stadium in the country, pre-show and half-time were great, only blemish being most of the glowsticks not working. Peter Bol's slower, dumber cousin getting smashed by security.

Brilliant weekend.

Did not see that Deemolition coming. Doggies three goals up halfway through the third quarter then BANG. Was ridiculously impressive. And to think Melbourne were 17th only two years ago.

One thing I loved seeing after the match was the Auskick kids having such fun with the confetti. How cute is this photo? A once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for the kids and it is great to see them making the most of it all.

Always been a day GF fan, but after going to the game on Saturday, a night GF would be pretty special. Day went pretty quick; went for a feed at the Casino before the game and then walked to the ground at 3. Great experience.
