Did three laps of the Tan this morning. Was getting a bit warm. Quite annoyed at all of the young tackers and old tackers just casually strolling along a running track, four abreast at times with their dogs and prams and toddlers and other stuff, having no awareness of where they are, not caring about anyone but themselves. Should be taken out with a chain gun.

Who is Old and Grumpy and CAN run 3 laps of the Tan?

Poor form in silly season. Nobody lub IUB enough to ask home tonight Christmas parties?

Friday night working Christmas party answer then kicked on at Cherry until after 3. Paid for it yesterday with a hangover from hell. While I can still tie one on my powers of recovery aren't what they used to be.

I don't think there are a great pool of adults who work in Kinder Gardens that could invite IUB to a drunken xmas function.

A lot of grumpy old men can still run! I get grumpy when I'm subjected to the inconsiderate behaviour of others. Or maybe I'm just being unreasonable. It's a path that is not restricted to runners by signage. It's just that a lot of people run on it. However, I think at least 90% of the population know what the Tan is for and where it is.

I'm old compared to some. I have teenage children. That makes me grumpy by default

I get the same rage in supermarkets when people decide to have a chat in the middle of an aisle, oblivious to the obvious fact that people are trying to get past. No one gives a crap about how your kitchen renovations are going.. get out of the F%**en way you inconsiderate twats !!

What i hate is some impatient dick head, on a remote highway in the WA desert who overtook a truck (on double white lines whilst going around a bend mind you) and nearly had a head-on collision which would have wiped out the whole Shermanator family..

When will people learn the friggin road rules and stop being so damn impatient to get to the next destination!!!

If it wasn't for the driver (a P plater too, which makes it even worse because you would think he's just been taught the road rules FFS!) going into the dirt I wouldn't be posting here now or ever again!..

I hate drivers who sit below the limit on the highway, then when you overtake them they speed up (the opposite of what any considerate human being would do). Had one campaigner do that to me while going to Adelaide years ago and almost had a head-on because of it.

Or the impatient idiot in his V8 ute who overtakes from 3 cars back because he can't hold out another 5 mins for an overtaking lane to overtake the 3 cars and truck in front of him. By the time he reaches the truck he's sitting on 160kms p/hr and usually approaching a bend or hill.

See it all the time out this way!

Yeah not a sheila and i also live in W.A, but thanks for the offer... sorry IUB, i only date chicks who sing or play an instrument... well not entirely true i did go out with a promo model and an author once. But being the selfish bastard that i am that didn't last long.

Yeah i actually thought it was you i had told that story to while typing, but my memory isn't quite what it used to be. Piss poor, like fool don't appear to be the best names for picking up... but great names for awesome people.
