Opinion Gubby re-building the Footy Department by Tradedraft

Gubby is fixing what we said been the Problem for a Few Years.

That our Footy Department been Shithouse after making these Changes:

- Getting Rid of Nearly all Assistants

- Donavorn getting the Sack

- Leading Teams Going.

Dare say be Others.

Glad Gubby done what needed be done.

Give Bucks a Better Chance to do a Good Job

Can I just share with you all.

I offered to the mods that suspended him to take Daves suspension.
To the mods credit he/she listened to what I had to say.

Unlike Dave Bigfooty is not a "need" to me but a want out of enjoyment for me.

I liken Dave to a boulder.......stay with me people.
Once you roll one down a hill then you can't stop it. Dave is the same once he fires up or is upset then you can't stop him. He does realise when he has been out of line but it is usually after the fact.......and he always apologises.

Anyway to our mods please don't lock this thread.......I actually think it is a good one even if I don't agree with a few of Dave's points on Gubby.

All of those have came about since our flag and most within the first year or two of Buckley's tenure. It probably indicates that we haven't had the balance right since the departure of Malthouse, Neeld, Watters and Walsh and that Davoren wasn't the right replacement for Buttifant.

We under went a very big off field rebuild when you see it like that.

Understandable... many people get fired up on bigfooty. IMO Dave needs an alternative outlet to his anger...i would not like to see his posts modified, his autonomy lost, but maybe a person like your self could be a sounding board when the emotions get high I.e. he checks with you before replying tq a contentious message?
