I thought Freo got a good deal several times in the last quarter- including Pav's free kick and goal, plus a few tackles and HTB's that weren't paid. But the Kelly decision wasn't great, and overall Geelong had the better of it.
Don't think it made the difference though.
Your kidding right, the Kelly decision was disgraceful marking contests are much harder to umpireFWIW that Kelly decision was a digrace..BUT..NOWHERE near as bad as the Pavlich free against Taylor which resulted in a goal..let's get fair dinkum
I find it funny that the only people defending Geelong are Geelong supporters and all neutral or Freo players agree with the OP...
There wre some bad decisions through the game and I thought to not ping Kelly in the final 5 minutes was horrible and changed the flow when Geelong went down to get the goal.
I didn't know Freo players were posting on this thread?
