Okay guys according to airport watchers this morning in Perth the following did not board the plane - now unless they are going on a different flight there are quite a few players missing

Sandilands, Pavlich, Morabito, Mundy, Hill, McPhee, Ffye

If that's true would be disappointing if the hawks dropped this game

Very true, Freo have been very ordinary the past few weeks and with those players missing and us at near 100% and at our 'home' ground anything less than a thumping would be good enough.

Any win is great, but really, if we are to make a splash in the finals these are the sort of games we have to come out firing!

Dew, Ellis, Guerra, Ladson, Williams, Sewell and Young all missed that game. They were premiership players and in our best 22.

hardly the ilk of Reiwoldt, Montagna, Hayes, Dal Santo,Gilbert and Goddard though.

that was a disgrace any way you want to look at it. may it never happen again.

True CaptainHodgey. However these players still mess with the mix of your side. Remember in Round 17 2008 both Hawthorn/Geelong were missing 4-5 players who played in the GF.

The Cats players had more quality, however players like Dew/Crawford were so important to our structure and replacing our 23-27 goup which was inferior to Geelongs and St. Kildas. Have to look at all the variables not just black and white.

As you said however, losing that game was woeful.
