Civil cases are decided by balance of probabilities - so probably true is enough. It's only criminal cases that require beyond reasonable doubt. Not talking about this current case, just pointing out that probably true is enough

I never mentioned reasonable doubt. The poster in question is claiming “probably true” on the basis that the media wouldn’t say it if it wasn’t. Seriously.

And even in civil cases, we afford people the right to a defence.

I thought he got really good results from the lists he had. Recruiting was the issue for you guys

If by good results you mean the worst 2 years in the history of the club then ok.

It wasn’t his fault that he had a list with structural problems I’ll give you that. But he also implemented a game plan around short kicks in the backline that saw us give up 100 points a week on turnover.

And he let ldu waste on a hff for half a year until ldu and cunners had to convince him to play as a fulltime mid.

I meant the first part of his coaching career. But yes didn't adjust to the up tempo high pressure style that other teams were going with and his tactics made you sitting ducks with a turnover goal always just around the corner.

Yes Brad Scott has his issues as well. I hope he has worked on them. If he abuses a female journalist I certainly won't be defending him because he wears red and black.
