Shoutout to Collingwood. They were immense today. The Pies are building a very strong midfield group led by Treloar who had one hell of a game. Ben Crocker and Brayden Maynard will be gun players as well.

Aish still needs to prove he is best 22, finished season better but has to step up a bit to be more than just an average player. He is more in the group we are hoping improve and becomes part of our rise up the ladder but he isn't part of that yet.

Yep if he could kick well he would move up towards the elite group. He has a lot of great traits but his biggest weakness is part of what is also Collingwoods biggest weakness.

Hopefully the critics don't jump on board and just consider the last few weeks of the season in their analysis. Re Treloar has amazing speed first few metres. Seems to be able to gain a space very quickly pn opponents.

It was our ball movement that also killed us today and the contrast is greatest when we play the Hawks because they move the ball so well. We turned the ball over with elementary foot disposal errors on multiple occasions and this is a pattern that we always see. Rather than a hard runner off the back we need a good distributor who can take attacking options successfully. Howe and Brown have been serial offenders this year and their turnovers on the 3rd Q were terrible. We covered that today with manic effort but manic effort can't be counted on week in week out. Teams with good disposal can count on that week in week out.

That's a big difference.

Firstly there is no precedent allowed at the tribunal or when reporting players. Secondly, Sloane shouldn't have been reported, so that the compass point we should go off.
