How Lucky is this?

Last year as a birthday present my grandmother won an auction that gave me the opportunity to have my photo taken with the entire Essendon Squad. Excited as you could be, I took my daughter down, we sat down in between Lloydy and Sheeds, had our photo taken and had a great time mingling with the players.

The next day I got a phone call and the camera malfunctioned, to make it worse I couldn't get back for the re shoot, so they propose I come back this year, to which I obviously say OK.

At that time there was serious doubt as to whether Hirdy would play so I was fuming. But as luck would have not I am now going to be in the final Essendon team photo to contain both Sheedy and Hirdy. (probably Bolton to )

The reason I am announcing this is it's happening Monday and I am soooooooooooo pumped about it!!!!

They offer it every year, I know someone who got it in 2000!

That's right, it's what the club gives out for fundraising. I think they do about 10 every year. But just because they do it every year doesn't mean it's not awesome.

How lucky am i.... mum was gettiing tickets for essendon-richmond when she accidentally got carlton tickets. so she went back on to get richmond tickets. so im going to melbourne to see both games.
