I would only need one wish:

To be able to freeze time around me and not age at all once time had been frozen. I would also have the power to unfreeze anyone I wanted and they would not age either. Think about, all the time in the world to do anything you wanted. Find a nice Ferrari dealerand go for a spin, waltz into a bank and borrow some money....anything. The possibilities are endless!!!

Even walk into a models change room.... Oops, didn't mean to say that one out loud.
