Logged on to the Matthew Robran chat tonight, and no Matthew. Why do they advertise this if he doesn't show?

Also, when does the Club plan to give us the "members only" section on the AFC web-site?? They've gone a bit quiet on this. Jars 458, what did Triggy say about this when you spoke to him?

Members Forum

I sent the the club an email last week.....they replied, saying it was still a goer!!!!
I'm afraid the club has a history of being very tardy when it comes website communications.....they obviously view the internet members with scant regard....a pity since many rely on the forum to stay up to date and active.....
The forum is a self promoting place for future and continued membership to the Adelaide Crows....
The people who have been put in charge of the website, past and present, have absolutely stuff all knowledge about the internet.....for a club that is proud to be very professional, well let's just say they have a long ways to go yet :

Triggy said they were going to get someone from the Club to be in chat for members only at least once a week - ie the Coach or himself or Phil Harper

He said they couldn't get a message board but Telstra were more than happy for members only chat.

This website has been a huge step in the wrong direction but it is the same for all clubs except Essendon

The AFL site is nowehre near as good as it used to be either.

Might have to track Triggy or Phil Harper down at the Shed on Saturday and see what's happening.

How did Essendon get to keep their own/old web-site format? For goodness' sake, you'd think Adelaide would have enough money/members to be a little independent. If it's good enough for Essendon it should be good enough for us.

Worst thing the club has ever done concerning members use of the web site was to follow the rest of the lambs & come under the AFLs web site banner, good on the bombers for keeping there individuality & it beats me why the crows went for the easy option & left us stranded,
they might as well can the chat line every time i log on = ziltch no one there
I just hope this so called web site will not be on a permanent basis & we can get the old members forum back in some form or other.:
