Who would you currently take and who will end up with the better career?

I get that I'm biased but Pickett has clearly had a better career so far. He's already had two seasons in which he's kicked 40+ goals. Rankine has been in the system for as long Pickett but he's still yet to kick 30 goals in a season.

Playing in a good team (Melbourne) vs a poor team (Gold Coast) means you can't really compare their goals kicked accurately. For what it's worth, I'd take Rankine.

I think Izak Rankine has more talent but Pickett has been the better more consistent player to date.

Adelaide have been just as bad as the Suns the last 5 years. could be that he is in a home & the Crows rebuild has pretty much almost finished.

Interesting comparison now that Rankine is in a team not terrible.

Adelaide are 6th, Melbourne are 3rd.

It's Pickett, better in his career & currently.

Izak is the more talented player in my opinion.

Your logic about playing in a good/bad team is correct

But stats prove Kozzy has had a better start to 2023
