You managed to get "u" and "you's" in the same sentence.

But no I can't really. Watch him sign the club song after one of our last 4 wins.

We've got two things in our favour:

  1. Massive salary cap room
  2. A young, up and coming list which may be a contender as soon as next year.
What player would want to leave Richmond now? If Cotchin and Deledio, for instance, were going to leave they would have done it last year when we were at our lowest. We've timed our rise to perfection. Not good enough that young guys arent getting games and therefore are looking for opportunities elsewhere (mumford, prismall, etc), not in a bad enough position that rats are jumping off a sinking ship (nathan brown circa 2003, judd, etc). Not to mention that another 4 or so well paid players will be culled at the end of this year (simmonds, cousins (?), mcmahon, polak), with very little effect. We're surely in the market for a trade, or some very handy front loading :thumbsu:

Could u see him leaving you's for the money? I can't!

Bang on big Moose , the kid has become elite and you can see he loves being a Tiger. He has flown so far under the radar the last few years I doubt GWS and the Goldy even would of wanted him till 4 rounds ago.

Not a chance. Jack has now kicked the best 7 game streak since Lloyd in 2001.

Round 8 v Hawthorn: 4 goals
Round 9 v Essendon: 6 goals
Round 10 v Port Adelaide: 4 goals
Round 11 v St Kilda: 6 goals
Round 12 v West Coast: 10 goals
Round 13 v Brisbane: 3 goals
Round 14 v Sydney: 5 goals

What an amazing streak it is. It's bound to end some time but 7 weeks is more than enough to prove it's no fluke. Will be a Coleman contender for many, many years to come.

Wow. I've heard him sing it, but now he signs it too?! Our deaf fans will be so thrilled!

On the OP, none of our boys are going anywhere, unless we want 'em to.

I have admit that while people said that it wouldnt bother them if we lost all our games this year I felt concerned that it would make us a real target for GWS and Gold Coast pinching players based on 'Why not be paid bigger money for lack of success'

These wins are gold and Sheedy would be hating them seeing Dustin Martin and co singing the team song.

Does anybody reckon there are players running around with teams at the moment already committed to these teams and thier clubs have no idea? I personally reckon they have no one.

You would be shattered if we had a case of this but im just very confident that we are a place you just wouldnt want to leave.

Thats what the pro-Tankers dont realise.

In a word....NO. A prouder Tiger you won't find. All we need to do is focus on drafting Charlie in 2 years when he is eligible maybe under the brother-brother rule. :) Can't be drafted this year and after another TAC season and some gym work he could be another Jack.

Great win by the Tiges. I would like to see Riewoldt win the Coleman..if Eddie Betts can't win it that is.:)

Riewoldt is a great player to watch.

The match was Australian football at its best. Had it all - courage, tackling, great goals and exceptional marking.

Good post harmesy - i will enjoy watching him kick plenty against your mob for years to come.Ohh YES!

Well Jack could have easily been a hawk. While most Hawks supporters trumpet the Buddy/Bling thing, they conveniently forget the drafting of Mitch Thorpe ahead of one JR8. I believe Mr Clarkson wanted someone to play forward and back, and passed on Jack. Mitch is now in the ditch I believe, playing for Werribee and not even rookie listed anywhere.

The selection of Jack at pick 13 was viewed by many as risky. Ex mod of the Richmond board Weaver who was considered a bit of a guru when it came to drafting and has since found work at an AFL club was particularly savage on us for picking him up so early.

Even the guru's get things wromg every now and again.

I'm still kicking myself that we could have ended up with Joel Selwood instead of Thorpe!
