You blokes saying the Pies supporters of the last few years weren't as bad as the current Tigers mob have short memories.

Trust me, I get it.
But also understand, Maynard is going nowhere, he's love by the club and the fans. Scharenberg, whilst an SA boy, you wouldn't expect that he moves this year.
Aish, whilst he hasn't performed to date, is worth more to Collingwood as a player than to delist or to trade for peanuts.
It's a means to get this deal done. Cameron wants out to Brisbane, and whilst no one ever equally wins a trade, this is a way that all teams fill needs, with Adelaide getting a first rounder back for Cameron and a previous top 10 pick.
Schache, along with every player is only worth what another club is willing to pay.
That would be smart list management by Brisbane. They're known for their list management... right?
Yeah, Adelaide and Brisbane both getting bent over just so Collingwood get their man ain't going to happen......especially when the name James Aish comes into the equation. And what Brisbane are prepared to let him go for.
Cameron for 18 and Schache. I don't think so.

Would surprise me with Tom Doedee and Alex Keath waiting in the wings, young Tom Doedee a 1st round draft pick the SANFL Comp's leading Intercept mark in 2017, just couldn't push Lever out.Could Adelaide make a last ditch play for Scharenberg to replace Lever? Wouldn’t surprise me.
18 for Cameron seems like overs to me, but I guess at a point Lions have to get a player in that wants to join instead of leaving. He's not the worst player so trading the compensation pick doesn't hurt their draft hand too much.
He's is only contracted for one more year unlike MayneHe's on decent coin as well, like Mayne, they are stuck with him I think.
Yeah but you are talking about SANFL. Scharenberg was regularly getting 30+ touches in the VFL. Anyway, we would prefer him to stay here. It’s a relief to know you won’t be in his ear to return Home.Would surprise me with Tom Doedee and Alex Keath waiting in the wings, young Tom Doedee a 1st round draft pick the SANFL Comp's leading Intercept mark in 2017, just couldn't push Lever out.
you seem to know each player’s contract details. Can you tell me how much Aish is on?He's on decent coin as well, like Mayne, they are stuck with him I think.
He'd be on a lot more than he's worth, same goes for most of our players, especially those sourced from other clubs, those players chose us because we offered them more than most other clubs.you seem to know each player’s contract details. Can you tell me how much Aish is on?
You do realise the SANFL is widely regarded as the best comp outside the AFL?Yeah but you are talking about SANFL. Scharenberg was regularly getting 30+ touches in the VFL. Anyway, we would prefer him to stay here. It’s a relief to know you won’t be in his ear to return Home.
Most of the very good tier 2 players in Vic don't play VFL footy mate, they earn more from the strong metro and country leagues. You do realise the SANFL is widely regarded as the best comp outside the AFL?
In 2017 the VFL State Team went down to the WAFL State team
In 2016 the VFL State Team went down to theSANFL State Team
The VFL's batting average the last 2 years is 0 - 2
they've got a troy menzel shaped hole to fillWhy would anyone take Aish? He's an absolute bust.

And neither do the SANFL or WAFL teams.Well for starters I don’t believe the VFL state team has any AFL listed players in it. So your theory already can be thrown out the window.
I think you missed his pointAnd neither do the SANFL or WAFL teams.
Mate there are many more AFL listed players in the VFL than SANFL. It’s actually embarrassing I need to spell it out.And neither do the SANFL or WAFL teams.
You take that back. Some of our supporters have worked bloody hard for that label. The compensation pick from Rockliff has absolutely nothing to do with your suggested trade.
Were you offended that I said Richmond fans were worse than you and this is your way of proving me wrong?
Scharenberg averaged like 20 touches and 8 marks this year in the AFL.. I don't think you can blame anyone for saying he is an upgrade on Doedee at this stage. But alas I cant see a trade being done and its all coming from a source thats proven to be bs.My main point is he has no idea how good Doedee is or will be because he's more than likely never seen him play. Just because a guy plays VFL and the other guy plays SANFL does not necessarily mean he's a better footballer. Would Scharenberg force Jake Lever out of the Pies side if Lever was playing for Collingwood....I think we both now the answer to that.
already off to north for pick 45You take that back. Some of our supporters have worked bloody hard for that label.
I'd consider taking Aish for our Pick 53. Depends what his salary is.
