Yeah. Around 9:45 on average. Sometimes best to be there at 9:30 just in case lol I guess in the summer they start earlier before the heat hits.

Interesting to note on your first video that Cox was playing very slack armed in the ruck practice. He looked to be just standing around after the tap. This isn't something I had observed in his matches, so I'm not sure if if means anything. Any memories of the whole session that would support the idea he is not going 100%?

He is not due back yet. Likewise Grundy, Hoskin-Elliott, Elliott, and others.

Technically speaking only the 1-4 year players are expected to be on the track atm.
