On another note, I can’t understand why Jeremy Howe isn’t regarded as an ‘A’ grade player for the Pies.

He is a terrific player and leader at the club and I think he holds the backline together. Very rarely is he beaten.

Because he’s a B+ grade player.

Maynard, Pendles, Adams, Steelo, Crocker, Jordy, Oxley all seemed to be there, plus some of the Melbourne guys.

He still seems close to some of the Dees blokes. Of the Pies, the new rat pack was there, though it will be now minus Crocker. Mid-field stalwarts also there minus Grundy who is in South Australia. Maynard was his defence buddy there.

Agree, was just wondering to see if Dayne was there as some sort of sign of his recovery rather than evidence he is unpopular.
